Review

In book 2 Kenzie has returned home from the summer with her grandmother. Even though she wasn't look for it she found love with Issac and together they are continuing their relationship however long distance. Kenzie is glad to be home to be with her best friend Haley yet she's not so sure of her new boyfriend who she doesn't trust. She let's it slip to Haley she doesn't think he's not a good guy for her and that let's loose Haley on a war path putting there friendship on hold.

Kenzie also has a new friend this year Tanner who she attends her church group with but people are starting to suspect that he's more then just a friend, even Kenzie. She has a hard time being long distance from Issac and the distraction of Tanner may just be to much for her. As if fighting with her best friend, dealing with a new love interest, now her mom has decided to go bonkers from who she used to be. Kenzie is also having nightmares from Wesley, and doesn't trust her mom's new boyfriend.

I had to read book two after such a great first book, didn't hurt that I also had it for the upcoming blog tour either. I really like Kenzie as a character she's grown a lot from the girl she started out in Prowl. I really like the Issac relationship I think he's good for her, and helps her see what's better for her. I was a little shocked at the way her mom reacts to some things in the book, but I think that goes back to both of them having their own personal demons to deal with. It's such a great series a honest must read for everyone because the series gives a little to everyone.
